After a bad monsoon night, every cleanup crew in the Valley is booked. The bottleneck is not the work. It is waiting for somebody to drive out and look at your yard before anyone will put a number on it.
We skip that. Send photos and we price the job from them.
How to photograph it
Four or five pictures is plenty. What helps us most:
- One wide shot from the far corner of the yard, so we can see the whole mess and how big it is against the house.
- The access route. Photograph the gate, the side path, the driveway. Whether a truck can back in changes the price more than the size of the pile does.
- Close-ups of the heavy items — trunk diameter, the shed, the section of wall that came down.
- Anything resting on something else. A limb on a roof or a fence is a different job from the same limb on grass.
- Something for scale in at least one photo. A bin, a car, a person.
What happens next
We reply with a price and the soonest day we can get there. If the photos do not tell us enough, we will ask for one more rather than guess high.
Say yes and the crew is booked. The number does not change on the day unless we find something the photos could not show — and if that happens we stop and talk to you before doing the work.
Before you clear anything yourself
Photograph the damage before it is touched, from several angles, even the parts you plan to clean up. If you end up making an insurance claim, those pictures are the evidence. Once the debris is gone it is gone.
